Nitro Motorsports is gearing up for one of its biggest weekends of the season as the team prepares to take on two major events at once — the Toyota GR Cup North America season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) and the penultimate round of the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli at Barber Motorsports Park. With a full lineup of talented drivers across both programs, Nitro Motorsports is ready to close out the season strong on both fronts.

At Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the team will field its three regular GR Cup drivers: Paityn Feyen and brothers Jackson and Ethan Tovo. The trio will look to cap off their 2025 development season on a high note at one of the most iconic racetracks in the world. The GR Cup weekend will begin with testing on Wednesday, followed by practice one on Thursday, practice two and qualifying one on Friday, race one on Saturday, and the final qualifying and race on Sunday, marking the official close of the GR Cup season. The full weekend schedule, as well as a live stream, can be found here.

Meanwhile, at Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Alabama, Nitro Motorsports will tackle the Trans Am Series TA2 class with a formidable seven-car lineup featuring Thomas Annunziata, Gian Buffomante, Sam Corry, Cale Phillips, Julian DaCosta, Boris Said Jr., and Ethan Ayars. With just two rounds left in the 2025 season, the team will look to maximize points as the championship battle nears its climax.

The Barber weekend will feature practice and qualifying on Friday and Saturday, before the drivers return for the feature race on Sunday. The 2.38-mile circuit is known for its challenging layout is dubbed the Alabama rollercoaster for its drastic elevation changes. The full weekend schedule and live stream can be found here.

“This is one of those weekends that really shows the depth and dedication of our organization,” expressed Team Owner Nick Tucker. “Running full programs in both GR Cup and Trans Am on the same weekend takes a massive team effort, and I’m incredibly proud of how everyone has stepped up. Our goal is to finish the season strong — the GR Cup drivers have grown tremendously this year, and our Trans Am roster continues to show front-running pace. We’re ready to give it everything we’ve got at both tracks.”

With momentum building in both championships, Nitro Motorsports will look to carry its competitive edge through this demanding weekend, aiming to close out the GR Cup season on the podium and move closer to championship glory in Trans Am before the finale.
