Nitro Motorsports is set to take on the sweeping corners and long straights of 4.048-mile Road America this weekend for the fifth event weekend of their Toyota GR Cup campaign. The team will field its full-season driver lineup of brothers Jackson and Ethan Tovo and rising talent Paityn Mary Jane Feyen as they aim to continue their strong performances in the 2025 season.
Road America is considered one of the ultimate tests for drivers and rewards momentum. With a mix of technical sections like the Carousel and the Kink paired with flat-out straights, the Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin track demands both precision and bravery, qualities Nitro Motorsports drivers have been sharpening throughout the season.
Coming off an event where drivers showed top-ten pace, Nitro Motorsports will aim to carry that momentum into Road America this weekend.
Team Owner Nick Tucker is confident in the lineup’s potential. “This team has been working hard all season, and every driver has made big strides in their pace and race craft. Road America is a special place with a lot of history, and we’re excited to see how our drivers perform on such a challenging and fast circuit. Our goal is to leave this weekend with strong finishes across the board and keep building momentum for the rest of the season.”
The action begins Thursday, with a dedicated test day, giving the team an opportunity to fine-tune car setups and gather valuable data. Friday will feature two official practice sessions before the competition intensifies on Saturday with the first qualifying session and race. Sunday will see one final qualifying session before race two closes out the weekend.
