Nitro Motorsports has signed Landon Brown to pilot the team’s #15 entry in the ARCA Menards Series season finale at Kansas Speedway on September 25, the final points-paying event on the 2026 ARCA Menards Series schedule.
Brown arrives at Nitro Motorsports after already gaining valuable seat time in the series this season, with ARCA Menards Series starts at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, Chicagoland Speedway, and Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. The 20-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, showed speed at each stop — including a sixth-place qualifying effort at Nashville. The season finale at Kansas Speedway gives Brown the opportunity to close out 2026 with a strong run behind the wheel of a Nitro Motorsports-prepared car.
Brown’s rise through the ranks has been built on dirt oval karting and midget car success. After five years of competing at New Castle Motorsports Park in Indiana — highlighted by a 2022 track record of seven pole positions — Brown moved into the Kenyon Midget Series, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2024 before backing it up with three feature wins, seven podium finishes, six fast qualifying efforts, and the series’ “Top Gun” Award in 2025.
“Landon has already shown he has the speed to run up front in this series, and it’s just a matter of the results catching up with that pace,” expressed Nick Tucker, Nitro Motorsports Co-Team Owner. “We’re looking forward to putting him in a good piece of equipment at Kansas and giving him the chance to show what he can do when everything comes together.”
“I’m really grateful for the opportunity to join Nitro Motorsports for the season finale at Kansas,” added Brown. “Nick and his team have built a program with a great reputation, and I’m ready to go out there, learn as much as I can, and finish the season on a high note.”
Kansas Speedway’s 1.5-mile tri-oval will host the final round of the 2026 ARCA Menards Series schedule on September 25, closing out a season that has featured some of the most competitive fields in series history. Brown’s start in the #15 Nitro Motorsports entry adds another compelling storyline to the season-ending event.
